Unnessarily long ordering process and fulfillment

I made a purchase for an Adata XPG Gammix s70 SSD at 22:21 on the 13th of June. I received an email at 02:00 on the 14th of June that my sales order was created???. Email mentions standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days for Johannesburg metro areas. Today the 15th of June I receive an email that my order was invoiced???. Same email mentions that the standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days.

I call in and am told that the delivery would only be fulfilled on Monday the 19th of June. I request to collect and am told it would take longer if I tried to collect or for them to get my package for collection.

I have not received any notification for a tracking number for my delivery, order process is unneccessarily long. I wonder now if there was any stock availability.

Definitely not buying again!!!.
