Unclear advertising leading to the wrong purchase

I have been having an ongoing battle with FirstShop due to the purchase of Office 365 University which I ordered on line. <br> <br> I purchased Windows 7 and Office 365 University on the same order number. <br> <br> On receiving the above I found out that the University pack is for registered student only. This is not on their web page which I ordered from, nor was it mention to me at any time during our correspondence. <br> <br> After complaining on their web page I was phoned by two of FirstShop staff who said they would take up the matter, but so far, 9 weeks after reporting the mistake, nothing has happened. <br> <br> At best this is false advertising on the part of FirstShop were they should have stated the requirements on the order page and not behind on the 2nd page giving further info.<br> <br> I placed my order on the 1st page in good faith without needing to look further. <br> <br> They are refusing to change this item on the grounds that I removed the wrapper. As if this has violated the product!!!!
