Unacceptable Refund Process and poor customer service

i am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent purchase from your company. bought the product in April 2023 and was delivered but unfortunately the product did not meet my expectations as the specification was wrong. On the same day requested a refund since April 2023 to date 30 May 2023 have not received my refund. Thier consultant Happy M and Firsttech has been a nightmare for me with endless calls and emails. Never buy from them as you wont get any refund if you not happy with the product.
