This was my second laptop i have ordered from Firstshop

This was my second laptop i have ordered from Firstshop. First one delivered timely in like 3 days and correctly by courier. Second one was delivered timely but not 100% correctly as my son who's contactnumber was provided and who is in a hostel at university was not contacted by courier. Laptop was by courier just handed over to someone. Only after I followed up with Firstshop i found out the name of the person who signed for delivery"who" and then my son had to go around and find out who that person was. He then found out that his laptop was already more than a day lying at the security office and it was one of the security officers that had signed for delivery. This is unacceptable and specially expensive items should not be handed over to anyone else then the designated person unless he/she instructs the courier to do otherwise.
