The worst service from any shop!

<p>I tried to purchase a Lenovo tablet a10-30l model which is advertised with a FHD screen. They delivered a tablet with a 1200x800 display. MISLEADING ADVERTISING.</p> <p> </p> <p>They promptly picked up the incorrect device from me and took a week to replace it. Guess what??? With the wrong device AGAIN. They repackaged the incorrect device, changed the product code and sent it back to me. A less aware consumer could've been *******. This was after countless communication regarding why the item delivered was incorrect. INCOMPETENCE and they don't know their own products!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then refused to engage in any further attempts to correct this continual fuss and asked for a refund. It has now been 2 weeks I have still not received my refund. Their consultans are ***** and hide behind logistical jargon which as the client quite frankly I don't care about.</p> <p> </p> <p>I paid for an item on 23 October 2016 it is now 17 November 2016 and I neither have a tablet nor a refund of my money.</p> <p> </p> <p>Avoid this online shop please they don't know what they are doing!</p>
