The worst service ever
The worst service ever.I purchased a CCTV system and specifically asked if I could use my own courier to collect and I will pay for it.The reason being that I don't have a street address where I live and with my courier I send my pin location.After about a week it was agreed that the courier Firstshop uses can deliver using pin location.After delivery a camera was faulty and had to be returned.What a story that was with regards to courier collecting.Then for delivery of the replacement camera again what an issue.I have bought from other suppliers and did not have any issues with regards delivery.
