The overall experience is great. I bought a server cabinet and gaming earphones and a white board. Specifically called First Shop and spoke to Jarred Mann Client Experience Lead, enquiring more details about the server cabinet. He was trully engaged to assist with my re****ent. There were also follow up emails to him which he responded promply to them He would also make personal telephonic follow ups to check if all is fine. In addition, its the highest quality of the products ordered. Delivery timelines were exceeded with both orders. Given the fact that i engaged with them twice in different touch points i.e telephonically and by emails. The quality of service and client experience is exceptional... Keep up the sustainable great work...👍🏾
