The ordering process was great, but the shipping experience wasn’t good at all

The ordering process was great, but the shipping experience wasn’t good at all. I placed the order on Friday, and it was delivered on Monday — but I had no idea it had arrived, because it didn’t have my name on it. There was also no communication about the delivery status. Unfortunately, there’s no proper way to track the order unless you call in or read through the delivery terms and conditions — and then just hope it arrives within the globally estimated delivery window. On Wednesday, I called FirstShop to find out where my order was, and they told me it had already been delivered on Monday. I then had to walk around the building like a headless chicken asking about it. Eventually, someone told me they had opened the package, saw it was a keyboard, and sent it to IT. When I got to IT, they said they kept it safe, hoping the owner would come to claim it — since there was no name on the package, just an address. 😫🤷🏽♀️
