The order arrived within an expected time
The order arrived within an expected time. I was frustrated by the lack of communication after I had made my order but before it was delivered. It would be great to know that the order is still being organized rather than only knowing when it's on the way to being delivered.

Just to clarify, we organize and prepare each order before sending it out, and our system generates and sends you the invoice once the order is ready for dispatch with the courier.
