Terrible Services from FirstShop

Terrible service. I ordered a printer and needed it ASAP. On the website, they said 3 to 4 working days. After 4 working days they said they will dispatch it in 2 days time.

Monday is a week later they haven’t dispatched it yet.

I send email on email to get feedback and customer service doesn’t respond.

Will never order something from then again. My last order took over 3 weeks.
