Terrible Service – Order Never Received

It’s been 5+ days and I still haven’t received my order. The site clearly stated “ready to ship” and I even selected next-business-day delivery.

I’ve called multiple times and spoken to at least 3–4 different people. No one seems to know what’s happening. I was bounced from one department to another, only to finally be told that my order was never even processed, yet email with PO was received. If this is how the service is handled, I can only imagine how unreliable the products would be.

This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I recommend purchasing from Makro instead, who I know will actually deliver on time with a proven track record.
