Terrible Customer Service, hopeless

What a horrible experience. Took my money no problem. Came back 8 DAYS later to tell me they don't have stock, but the item was in stock for days after my order. So obviously didn't process the order and then got back to me after my query with just a "oh sorry, out of stock". **********. All numbers to reach them OFFLINE!!! so cannot speak to anyone. No emails responded to. Absolutely no care for customer impact, hopeless maladministration, definitely not a good choice for your next buy. The person I dealt with, Vivien Bester didnt even bother to reply. Avoid this company like the plague.
