Terrible after sale service!

********** service from FirstShop! I bought a webcam which became defective after 3 months. When I attempted to return the item I was told that they will only receive returns before 30 days. Past that point they require you to deal with their supplier! Totally crazy! I will most certainly deal with takealot in future
