Hi Cheswin, Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I completely understand how concerning it is when you’re waiting on an order and can’t see clear shipping updates. From our audit tracking, it does reflect that a delivery attempt was made, but unfortunately no one was available at the address at the time. That said, you absolutely should have had clearer communication and visibility on the shipping details. I will get out logistics team on this right away to assist.
