STAY AWAY FROM FIRST SHOP!!!!

I ordered an item in December from these people, it was an incorrect item i logged a refund, they advised i need to pay the shipping, they took ages and their own time to get back to me, excuse after excuse then when they got the item they told me they need to charge me a 15% handling fee, all i did was open the box to check the item and noticed it was not the right item and put it back in the box, they tell me they cant sell it at the same price because of that. Its almost February and i still have not gotten my money, DONT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY ARE NOT WORTH IT..RATHER ORDER FROM TAKEALOT WHO ARE ALOT MORE RELIABLE THAN THESE PEOPLE AND THEY DONT ROB YOU EITHER THE WAY FIRST SHOP DOES
