So grateful for a company that solves problems, not only sells stuff!

I was seriously saved! After another company completely botched my emergency printer replacement for my sublimation business I reached out to Jarred and explained that I had already become so seriously behind schedule with orders. He acted efficiently and solved my problem by having the printer on my doorstep the very next morning! How amazing was that! It's so nice to know there are still companies who see their customers as humans and try to solve their problems, not just selling things! That's how you build a relationship. Other businesses please take notes! If Jarred had not done what he did I would not have been able to pay my rent or eat this month. Seriously! I'm grateful.
