Slow service and false advertising

I ordered a Dell keyboard and mouse on 4 February based on the promises made on the Firstshop website which states that it would take up to 4 working days for goods that is displayed “in stock” to be delivered to Cape Town. While Firstshop promises fast and reliable delivery it has been anything but first or reliable. I am still waiting for my order to arrive which I need for work and it’s the 22 Feb!! There is no explanation for the delay and no excuse. If I had known I would have ordered the goods fe another product supplier who is more reliable and certainly cheaper!
