Firstshop had the products I wanted at the best price I could find online so I figured I would give them a shot. The ordering process was simple and communication was excellent from start to finish.

There was a slight hitch with the delivery company arriving with my parcels without scheduling the delivery date first and I wasn't there to receive the order, but FirstShop contacted me as soon as the parcels were returned by the courier to arrange for a new delivery date.

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, my order arrived in perfect condition and at a great price.
