Shocking service

I placed an order online with FirstShop on the 22 August. After not hearing anything, I sent an email about when my order will be shipped, this was on 24 August. I was promised it will be sent out ASAP. On Monday 28 August I still had heard nothing. I sent more emails asking about it and if it had still not been shipped rather refund me. I was suddenly given a tracking number that was not trackable. It is now the 31 August and FirstShop have still not shipped my order!

I am totally disgusted in their service and empty promises.

Do not use FirstShop. Their service is extremely slow and unprofessional.
