<p>After placing my order I will billed for everything on the invoice. Today (4) days later, only one item arrived so I called in only to find out you have to be mentally and physically prepared to deal with these useless incometant people! The accounts manager does not even know when stock is coming in or that the stock has run out?! Christene Chidi - You suck.</p> <p>Now I have been told to wait until January (2 weeks) to get my refund? Not happening.</p> <p> </p> <p>First shop - You guys need to catch a wakeup! Get the right staff in place!</p>
