Shady behavior from this company
Requested quote for a large order(Tender), Rep was Fernando Duarte. provided spec required. Then required the actual tender docs sent to him. He provided quote for wrong product, when i asked about it...... Then responds
"Please ignore the previous quote sent through. We are unable to assist with Tenders"

26 Oct 2023, 10:52Hey Donovan, apologies for the hiccup. Turns out the details you gave didn't match the inquiry, so we sent a matching quote. Realizing it was a tender, we had to halt additional quotes due to company rules. Our sales team have instructions not to quote on tenders.

Secondly i stated at the start, quote is for tender! i did initially mix the info for another tender, only with regards to who the client is. Not the items..... REP also asked for the tenders docs.
Clearly you guys are confused about your own protocols!
