Second consecutive late delivery

Firstshop is usually my first stop when looking for tech gear as they list most stuff I'm interested in buying, at advantageous prices and delivery terms.<br> <br> Unfortunately - my last two orders have both turned into comedy of errors, where the items arrive very late - with nobody really being able to give ma straight answer ... and all delays being blamed on the elusive, enigmatic and ironically named \Customer Service\" department.<br> <br> And yes, I realize Firstshop sources from various suppliers, so I could understand delays are sometimes unavoidable - but 10 days after expected delivery plus an unreturned telephone call promising feedback, and an unanswered email I can't forgive.<br> <br> (Also funny is that Firstshop send out an email to \"Please rate our service\" - with a link to Hellopeter, but they don't even respond)"
