This was my first purchase with Firstshop and it will be my last.

I made a purchase of a Samsung galaxy tab , which when I received it and opened it I saw that it had a crack on the screen.

I contacted you guys to get it returned on 31 march. Eventually after numerous back n forth,, on the 12 April they told me they would replaced.It's now the 18th April with no signs. They dont respond to emails. I fear they have ****** my money

I bought this item as a gift for my son, and now that time as gone.

Shame on you guys.....********
