I am writing this review, as requested by Jarred Mann from FirstShop FS*** INFC***7 I recently bought 3 items from FirstShop's online platofrm. They have a huge range and good prices, very competitive in the market. Purchase 1 was a PC case, Purchase 2, a week or so later, VGA card and PC speakers. Payment is a absolute pain in the backside, it is really difficult to process a payment and takes a while. TakeALot as a comparison is much easier and faster. Items are delivered very quickly, however no one tells you the items are on the way or provide a ETA, so every delivery is a ambush which you dont expect. Purchase 1, PC case, received and opened, the case has a side panel dented, looked like it was part of a rugby scrum. I looked past it and built my components into it. The the *****s provide does either not ***** in well or they twist around in their socket. End result, my mainboard is hanging on 3 *****s, instead of being secured by 6 *****s. I looked past it, but after 2 days it really bothered me, so I contacted FirstShop, first they wanted photo's. Then they processed the collect and return. What they do no see is the inconvenience of my mainboard lying on a table gathering dust and possibly getting damaged, due to them suppling damaged components. Will not buy a case from them again.
