Returned good not getting credited

After receiving an incorrect mouse from Firstshop and sending it back I am not getting credited. I have been waiting for 4 days since the mouse was picked up. I have been waiting for this purchase for 2 weeks now. The service is very bad and I would not suggest anyone buying from Firstshop.
