Refuses to refund printer
Their service and delivery are good HOWEVER make sure you buy the correct item when you order with them. I bought a printer, opened the box and saw that it was not what I wanted and now they are refusing to take it back and refund me, just because I opened the box. I have never had a problem returning items before with some of the major online retailers.
