Stay away from FirstAndLastShop. I have ordered my package from them. They came and delivered today at our complex. Delivery company will not leave package at the guards at the gate. No where was I told that if there is no one at the adress that the delivery can not happen. The courier company they use also does not contact you. I have arrange with the gate that I can be there within 10 mins. And I was, just so they wasted my time. They were gone and may not wait. FirstAndLastShop was not helpful at all. Delivery was reschedule to tomorrow due to it was my fault that I were not home.
If you are retired, not mobile and waiting till your life ends from doing nothing, then only I can suggest you buying through them.
What a utterly lie that customer service means everything - if it did - I would have my package today before day end.
