Quick response, excellent service!

I recently ordered Epson 36 Claria black cartridges. Since I was having difficulty finding the cartridges at my local suppliers I turned to FirstShop. They had the stock and so I ordered and paid for 3 units. At first I received delivery of just 1 unit, and out of concern I immediately contacted them. I was reassured that as soon as new stock comes in my back order would be fulfilled, by mid-September latest. A week later the 2 units on back order were delivered, at no additional cost. That's excellent service!
