Product payments

I had a really bad experience buying product from Firstshop in December I had Bought a few product from the site then and my order was being processed called the shop on Monday and was told they are processing my order but still had not received a confirmation mail to say the status changed from processing to shipping.<br> <br> The next day I get a email saying they cancelling my order as they had a technical difficulty from the 21-12-2015 to 05-01-2015 as they displayed incorrect prices even tho I have a invoice and was told more than once my order is being processed .They then advised they would refund me but they did not add the shipping or tax into the refund even tho i paid for it (Guess they trying to make money from the refunds ) so i pointed this out to them and advised if they going to pay me less I will be expecting the RAM I bought and had not heard any response. I then called store as they had not rep**** to my mail and had to confirmation of payment into my account store just advised that they have a influx of refunds and they will get to it ,it's now been 3 days and still nothing not even a reply to my email. <br> <br> To my surprise I know someone that got his stock
