Poor when it comes to keeping track of order status
They are not good at delivering on the time promised. They are not honest when it comes to the delivery times

31 May 2024, 13:40Hi Russel, our sincerest apologies. After looking in to this I found out that there was an issue and several orders did not go through and rectified yesterday!
I have escalated this with the relevant teams to ensure speedy processing!
