Poor service and non-delivery from Firstshop.

Placed an order on 09 Oct 2023 with an expected delivery of 3 to 4 days for major centres. Received 2 out of 3 items so far and today is the 18th of Oct 2023. I get told today that there is no tracking information on my last item. Really poor service from this company!
