Poor Service

I have made a purchase for flash drives on Monday 28/02/2022. I have not received delivery to date. Upon enquiring this morning I am told that the stock is on back order. I stated that your website indicates 2 to 3 days delivery in PTA and JHB, so why was i not informed of such and the website does not indicate a longer delivery time due to not have having the stock on hand. Other online sites would indicate back order with an estimated delivery date. I was transferred to the manager, Tia. I did inform her that I have 2 days work before I deliver to my client on Saturday which i have already committed to. They can do nothing about it hence I will have to work through the night to get my delivery on time to my client. I was informed that delivery will be made tomorrow without a time frame. I should have went to Takealot and regret my purchase with First Shop and this is the last time that i will ever make a purchase. I opted to fetch it myself but i am not allowed to. I offered to send a courier, i am not allowed to. This is absolutely poor and disgusting service.
