Poor Service

<p>I placed an order and made payment for a new printer on the 31st May 2016. On their website it says that deliveries to Durban will take upto 48 hours. When I had not received any feedback after two days, I had to constantly call the supplier and I delt with Colin Jordaan, the salesman that was allocated to me. He was not very helpful as he had no idea why the delay with my order but promised to contact me once he found out. His promise was never kept and I had to constantly contact him over a period of one week. I finally received my order on the 14 June 2016 but only because I was constantly contacting Colin, he never once contacted me and explained the delays experienced. Firstshop, your service was pathetic! Sorry, I will never use you again nor will I recommend you. In fact, all you will get is bad publicity. </p>
