Poor returns policy

<p>Bought the wrong model calculator by accident, I only realised this when I opened the packaging. I called First Shop to swop it out for another model (One double the price) Unfortunately they won't take back a unit where the packaging has been tampered with. I was told to contact their supplier as they can't help me. This is the problem with online - a retail outlet would have swopped it for another model.</p>
