Please improve your communication

I placed my first order with FirstShop last week. Both items were listed as "in stock", however only one item was received 2 days later. I had to enquire first, before being informed that the order was "part shipped". The remaining item was then dropped off at our offices without informing me, leaving me to track it down. FirstShop's pricing was competitive, but the execution of the delivery left me dissatisfied.
