Perfection

Most excellent - I bought a printer and delivery was very quick and well within expectations. I then suspected there was a fault on the printer and reported it. They were super speedy in contacting me and made arrangements for the printer to be collected from me. I then realised I was doing something wrong and there printer was working perfectly. i was very impressed with there willingness to deal with my problem without any resistance - i will certainly use them again.
