Pathetic service received and delay in delivery

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service we received for our order placed and paid for on 9 July 2024. As of today, 25 July 2024, at 13:20, the parcel has not yet been delivered.

There was no communication indicating that Henry Huysamen, the person handling our order, was on leave. This lack of transparency resulted in numerous phone calls on our part to track down the order, which was only loaded on 22 July 2024.

This experience has been extremely frustrating, and we find the service to be lacking. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend your service to any of our clients due to this negative experience although your webpage indicates that you have fast, reliable delivery….what a joke
