Paid for item but was not delivered

Purchased memory and harddisks a week ago and even ensured that Firstshops website claimed to have a large supply of the items. The next day half of the order was delivered. I checked with the sales person every day and he keeps on promising that I will receive the item the next day which does not happen.<br>
