Outstanding shopping experience!

FirstShop has always been my go to for Dell products as their prices are very competitive. Together with their incredibly helpful staff, especially Elbert Smith who is one of the best customer support agents I've come across in any industry, my shopping experience at FirstShop has always been pleasant.

What really surprised me though is my last order was placed on this past Black Friday, November 29th at 09:06AM. Judging by the volume of orders during Black Friday I expected a delay in the shipment.... I received my order FIVE HOURS later. This was through their normal shipping and not any same day or expedited shipping option. That is incredible by any standard.

One criticism I have is that they have implemented a minimum R500 order value restriction which while reasonable considering they offer free business address shipping should not restrict the customer from ordering for a lower value and paying a reasonable amount for shipping.
