Ordered cancelled without notice

Hi

I have placed an order and surprisingly enough the order was cancelled without explanation. I had to call to find this out. I find it hard to believe that the product goes out of stock and the price changes over night.

It is not my concern that Makro resells products from Firstshop. I am directing this is Makro, has I bought from your site. It is between you and Firstshop.

This is not the first time Firstshop has cancelled my order due to a 'glitch'. This seems to be a common problem with Firstshop where 'glitch's' happen on a frequent basis and the customer experience is pathetic.

I am tired of the sad excuses from Firstshop.

I have been looking for a good PC audio system and when I was made aware of this, I jumped at the chance.

All in all, I would like my order to be honored or a product equally the same.
