Ordered a white case...
Ordered a white case received a black case they could not do anything to help me in time, it was purchased for my sons bday, AND I am still waiting for a refund, no communication unless I follow up!!!!!

We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the incorrect colour item and then struggle to get timely feedback thereafter.
It does appear that the incorrect colour variant was unfortunately picked and dispatched from the warehouse side, and our team is currently busy addressing the matter internally. We are also following up on the refund process to ensure this is resolved as quickly as possible, and you will be updated shortly.
