nomusa hlongwane-Hendry is Aggressive

I placed an order with Firstshop, my 1st point of contact was Hendry Huysamen who came across as helpful however when I asked to cancel my order as I had a better deal elsewhere he became very bitter and his attitude changed towards me of which I am now being forced to spend my money with a company I do not want to deal with, They refused to process my refund instead stating they will do a credit card reversal and I must wait 2 weeks for my refund to clear in my account when they received my funds immediately. I have had to secure the other stock elsewhere and now having to spend this money with them so I can sell the stock and get my money back through my clients. Bewarned of this company as they take your money and do not want to refund you instead force you to buy, and Hendry has an attitude problem also very aggressive over email.
