No stock and now no responses

<p>I bought a computer Power Supply on their online store and they confirmed everything, they have stock. Firstly they send all the update emails to a colleague of mine who in no way was involved or who's details were ever entered anywhere. When they sent him the email informing him (me) that they now suddenly don't have stock anymore and also no ETA for stock, I go onto their website which has an online chat feature. I rep**** on the mentioned email informing me of no stock, saying fine, they can just refund me then please. In the chat I ask this new person what is going on, and eventually gets his email address as well and I forward all email communication to him as well where I ask for my refund. It is the end of day 2 now, and I have not heard a peep from anyone there, and also no refund in my bank account or sms stating funds have been paid back.</p>
