NO returns and NO Refunds, Promises Only
I have always enjoyed the wide product range and competitive pricing of this company but sadly my experience with their so-called "Easy Returns and Refunds" promise leave much to be desired. My order placed on 24th June included two Adata Flash Drives, one of which was dead on arrival. I was impressed that the return authorisation and collection happened very quickly but alas, thereafter it has been nothing but empty promises. So, two months after ordering, I'm still without a replacement unit or as I would now prefer, a refund.

I tried it on two different PC's, different ports, different OS, it doesn't work! PLEASE ARRANGE FOR THIS FAULTY ITEM TO BE COLLECTED AND PROCESS A REFUND AS I REQUESTED.
