No Feedback, No Contact, No Anything

<p>I ordered and paid for a product from the online store. The next day I recieved an SMS to to check my email for the qoute. Strange as I had already paid the price indicated in the store and been told that my order is placed etc. No i am supposed to recieved a quote but nothing ever came through to my email. I am unable to contact FirstShop on any of the numbers I can find and have recieved no response from their contact form on the website. VERY POOR SERVICE</p>
