Nearly 5 star!

Purchased a Logitech Brio. Great price and I would've rated 5 stars, however.... No tracking number was sent to me and I had to phone to make sure the parcell was actually on it's way. The guy on the phone was friendly and helpfull and sent me a tracking number within minutes. Item arrived 5 days after purchase. If they could sort out the email correspondence I'd rate 5 stars.
