Most horrible online shopping experience

Most horrible online shopping experience. I usually shop on takealot.com and wanted to support a different shop, I truely regret being that considerate because the service I've recieved from Firstshop is utmost horrible.

On their website they state they deliver between 3 and 5 days, we are now approaching 3 full weeks with no sign of delivery. When I try to call their number it sends me straight to voicemail. When I email them they take 2 days, TWO DAYS to respond!!?? I eventually asked for a refund and now they are stalling the refund...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. DO NOT!!
