Misleading customers

Be careful! Its extremely difficult process to return any goods purchased! . Before purchasing , I looked at their "Refunds policy "which mentioned 14 days and no mention of paying for courier etc However they have a different set of T's and C's under " How exchanges and refund's work" This is very sneaky and misleading. You can lose a lot of money with First shop if product is wrong and to resolve a refund takes ages. . Wont shop here in a hurry.
