Misleading Consumers with false information

This shop tells you on their website that they do easy returns if you are not happy, well what they leave out is: 1: you must pay the courier fees and 2: you must pay a 15% handling fee to return the item which for my order just the courier fees were almost R800 total of almost R1400 in costs for an order worth only R4100 Are they mad, first state this on the website don't mislead the public into buying items by saying easy returns. Do yourself a favour rather than buy from Firstshop buy the same items from Takealot.com they take everything back with no problems whatsoever be it an R100 or an R12 000 item. The best part is I never asked for my money back I wanted a smaller solar panel so I placed an order for a new one. I paid them on the 24 May and it's now the 4th of July and I don't have my money or the new items I ordered. And this is after I bought an inverter for R15 000 the same day. They do not even communicate with you you have to drag a response from them. My suggestion is do not buy from them unless you are 100% sure it is what you want I would rather pay more and buy from Takealot than go through this again.
