Misleading about stock availability

<p>Bought a laptop on 28 March and delivery was supposed to be in 3 days. I enquired on 04 April and now I was told it will only be available on 1May which I then said I cannot wait that long and asked for a refund. I have been talking to Claudia who then told me the refund will be in 3 days... its the 19th of April now and she is no longer responding to my emails... I just want my money back so that I can buy from a company who will not let me buy something that is not on stock!</p>
